I was fortunate enough to receive three tablet related gifts this year, something I am very grateful for (unlike some).
In this post I take a look at my three new Nexus 7 accessories and ask you to share yours with the community in the comments below. Alternatively, why not post your own “mini review” in our forum, we’d love to hear about what you got!
The best Christmas presents are often things that you might not think to buy yourself. A stylus was not really on my radar but made for a neat stocking filler (you’re never too old!).
Since then I’ve actually found it very handy and makes navigating around the Android UI a doddle. It also seems to have alleviated the touch screen RSI that was beginning to trouble my thumb! I’m not really into graphical work so can’t really comment on that, but for general navigation and typing I definitely recommend it.
Touch Screen Gloves
This was a nice idea from the in-laws. Ten out of ten for picking out a geek gift for me! In reality I can’t see myself using my Nexus 7 outdoors that often, but I do recall taking my gloves off to use my mobile phone on many occasions. I also like that these are plain simple black gloves, the kind that I normally wear.
Mofred Nexus 7 Case
I already own a soft case so a hard case was a welcome addition to the stable. I generally like having a “naked” tablet but there are times when this will be very handy whilst out and about, I particularly liked the built in stand feature.
The case is a good fit, features smart on/off functionality, and looks smart. My only criticism might be that the buttons are harder to reach but on the plus side this eliminates accidental presses.

So, what did you get for Christmas?
